Similar to the Nitto RM-16 Moustache bar, but designed for flat bar (MTB) levers and grips instead of aero levers. It is slightly wider, too.
Because it bends forward before sweeping backwards, it does not create an upright ride position that other townie bars do. Depending on the situation you might need to get a shorter stem to get a more relaxed riding position.
