We ship in the USA, to Canada and a limited number of other countries. For U.S.orders free shipping is available to orders totalling $100 and up

Returns are allowed within 30 days of invoicing. Items must be in original condition and packaging. See below for additional details.

PAYMENT: Prices are shown in US Dollars. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
MAKING CHANGES/DELETIONS TO YOUR ORDER: If you have to change your order, please e-mail us as soon as possible with your full order number in the subject line with precisely what you need changed. Orders are usually shipped out the same business day. We cannot guarantee we will catch your e-mail before the shipment goes out. We highly recommend you triple-check your order details before submitting it.
We are in the PST time zone.
STOCK: If you are able to order the item, that usually means the item is in stock, but occasionally there may be a miscount and we may actually not have the item. We will e-mail with options or offer a refund if your card was charged.
SALES TAX: Due to new laws, sales tax will be charged to customers in some states in the USA. International orders will still be exempt from sales tax.
If you want to require the shipper to get a signature at delivery, note this in the "Extra Info" step at time of order. This option costs an additional $4.75 (cost subject to change), but we recommend it to reduce chances of package theft.
Use the "Extra Info" step to also add any special shipping requests, such as expedited shipping. There are additional charges for expedited shipping.
Contiguous US orders go via UPS. AK and HI orders go via USPS.
CANADIAN ORDERS: Orders $150.00(USD) and above get FREE Shipping. Orders under $150, will be charged $20.00(USD). This does not include any taxes and duties, Canada may charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are accepting orders from some countries outside the USA. We will usually ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
The minimum shipping charge is $25, so please consider what you are ordering is worth the high charge for shipping. Actual shipping charge is determined by location.
SHIPPING QUOTES: You MUST place the order before we can quote shipping. The true shipping cost will not appear on your Shopping Cart.
- We will pack your order, weigh it, and e-mail you your shipping options (Exclusive of customs duties) for your approval.
- You may select one of the options or cancel the order; if you cancel your order, any money we have collected for the items will be refunded to you. If you do not reply to our e-mail, the order will not be shipped.
- International orders will take additional days to leave our warehouse.
Due to our order volume, we cannot offer a firm shipping quote before you place the order.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from original purchase. Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Installed or used parts can not be accepted for return. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to the sender. Except for shipping errors on our part and defective product, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.
